    The price is per apartment per week.

    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 2 floors, without the lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The rooms are quiet and private.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some apartments have a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some apartments have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we have.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a satellite TV in all our apartments.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is and it is included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is in all our apartments.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, there is a swimming pool, open from March to October.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, a parking is available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Sorrento, at about 16 km.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There is a supermarket, at only 20 mt from the residence. (Olga's Alimentari)
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Massa Lubrense and Sorrento.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Naples, at about 70 km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we do have, but only on request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    It is in Piazza Nerano, only 20 meters from the residence.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Sorrento, at about 16 km.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The residence has a private beach at 2 km of the residence.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Private beach.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    In some apartments there is a jacuzzi.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
